The Gym

Our facility can be found in Canal Bank Industrial Park, a new development less than a mile from St Helens centre. We’ve fitted it out just the way we wanted, with all new equipment including a Bulldog pull-up rig, Concept 2 Rowers, Bikes and Skis, Rogue Echo Bikes, and all the weights you could need.
